Let me just say, I haven’t had my legs be sore in a good second. Like there are times where they feel a lil stiff after a good leg day, but they haven’t like HURT you feel? Like sitting on the toilet kinda hurt, it’s been a good minute. SO IM HERE TO SAY MY LEGS ARE DEAD AFTER THIS WORKOUT. Literally I cry every time I have to bend down to pick something up, sit on the toilet, it’s so bitter sweet, I love my legs feeling like they’ve grown but at the same time I’m hating hurting. ALSO. THE BOOTY HAS GROWN 4 inches since August! 😭😭👏🏽😭
Anywho, here’s the break down, my entire workout is not recorded, but I’ll describe it below! ⬇️
1 warm up 2-3 booty activations plus a good two mile run
2- smith machine curtseys we did 4x10 and then 8 each leg, while increasing the weight each set
We super set that with 115 lbs of dumbbell squats (we did this heavy because we’ve worked up to it if you’re a beginner DO NOT start this heavy) 4x6 staying at that weight
3- Cable squats into dead lifts 2x20 increasing weight
4- SQUAT WITH FEET ON 10lb PLATE this one we put the plate under our feet, pointed toes out and added a resistance band, I think this is what killed me 4x10 increasing weight once!
5- Single leg side lunges 4x10, staying at the same weight- 10 each leg
6- burn out: negative hip abductors- push out as hard as you can with heavy weight, and SLOWLY let it come in. Do until failure!

As a food addict (yep-I Can own that, especially since I used food to cope with feelings, and would eat out of boredom, etc), i knew I couldn’t NOT eat, because umm hi, we need food to survive. ⠀
So how do I lose weight, live healthy, not get diabetes, and eat yummy food?!?!?⠀
I finally found TRUE FREEDOM with food when I said yes to this program. ⠀
I have learned HOW to navigate this and truly enjoy the foods I love so much while getting healthy, losing weight, building muscle, and redirecting my emotions to better outlets. ⠀
Because let’s be honest, pizza is amazing, but pizza when I’m sad and stuffing my face nonstop just made me feel sick to my stomach and sad.⠀
So you bet that I am not giving up my carbs. ⠀
