Trying a 6 step front tuck lever raise. 💪 Starting with 1. stabilizing the core to neutral ➡️ 2. depression of the scaps ➡️ 3. retraction wich means packing the scaps back and down ➡️ 4. extension wich means pushing the hands forward ➡️ 5. hip flexion ➡️ and the last part where you continue the extension and 6. raise up to the front lever position.🤸🏻♂️ These five steps is a really good way of loading the tuck front lever. 👍 It’s a lot harder then starting from the top but a really good way to increase the intensity and to make sure the activation is correct. Just doing step 1, 2 and 3 in 10s holds for five sets can b a game changer when it comes to shoulder stability and shoulder health. 👊💪 #crossfitsolid #shoulderhealth #solidlove #individualprogramming #pt #gorillafitness #frontlever #lats
