to create a recipe using their chia seeds and goji berries and was so excited! Goji berries and chia seeds are amazing superfoods and are so easy to add into meals. #momhack

These Fruit & Nut Bars are the perfect snack! They’re #grainfree #dairyfree
. The nuts and seeds are packed with protein to keep you satiated and the cinnamon and fruit add a touch of sweetness to keep you satisfied. .
Here’s the recipe:
1️⃣ In a food processor, process 1 cup (about 12) dried figs with the stems removed, 3/4 cup raw almonds, 3/4 cup raw cashews, and 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes until thoroughly broken down.
2️⃣ Add 3 tbsp raw almond butter, 2 tbsp @healthworkschef
chia seeds, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 2 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt and blend. Press the mixture to ensure it will hold together. If it is too crumbly, gradually add a little water until in holds together. Lastly, mix in 1/3 cup @healthworkschef
3️⃣ Press the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper (this makes getting the bars out easier). Cover and chill for at least a half hour.
4️⃣ Cut into 16 squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
