Yesterday at work I met a man that used to weigh 400+lbs. I thought no way. He showed us a picture and sure enough... He was huge!! He must have been in his late 40’s, muscular built and healthy looking. Anyways the point here is how he did it. He fasted from food for 300 days! Only juice 🥤 😱 He is now vegan and said his experience changed his life. WOW! Can you imagine going without food for 300 days? 😳

My morning routine, even when I travel. I wanted to get a “prettier” photo but I’d rather you see this is my real daily life. If you follow me regularly or see my stories, it is clear that I don’t “just drink shakes.” For almost 6 years now, I have 1-2 superfood shakes a day (usually 2) BECAUSE I love to indulge in whatever food and drinks I want.
