😍 Takes 10 minutes to prep, cook and serve the lot! 👌🏼
- Fry 2 salmon fillets on a medium heat
- While they’re cooking, mix together halved coloured cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a dash of water
- Once the salmon is nearly cooked, add a little sliced chorizo
- In the last 2 minutes, throw in your tomato mix and finish off in the pan
- We also threw in some red onion and served with a tomato and basil pasta 😍

When leaving the house at 6am most mornings, I dont normally fuel pre first client - I'll take a bottle of water, a coffee and a banana... If I dont eat anything before I start to feel sick during training my clients but that is complete personal preference. • • •
Getting back to the house around 8am that is when I'll have a good nutritious breakfast... Mostly at this time of year porridge with plenty of berries, fruits and seeds mixed in... If I'm going from client to client I'll make sure I'll prep some breakfast, a jar of overnight oats or some egg muffins so I can take them along. • • •
It's SO easy to become lazy around October - The days are shorter, the weather is hit and miss and all you want to do is get on the sofa in front of the fire 🔥

Dont become lazy - Prepare yourself, make a plan and stick to it. Get a torch or headlight and get outside before work. Get your movement in and dont stop with the nutritious foods and plenty of water just because the seasons are changing! • • •
You'll get trapped in a vicious circle of being inside and "I cant be bothered". No one needs that. The outdoors and there to be embraced. Enjoyed. Lived in.
