I sautée onion til transparent then add meat till browned adding garlic for another 30 seconds then add everything to crockpot to simmer for a couple of hours. I don’t measure, sorry.
Isn’t it sad how we’re trained to think that the normal things about our bodies are “wrong?”
Honestly, the first thing I thought when I saw this picture was, “ew gross... what IS that??” 😨 I was looking at the wrinkles in triceps. Then my mind began to race. “Other girls don’t have those! Why do I?? How do I make them go away?? Will other people notice??” 😰
That’s when I realized how unfair I was being to myself. How could I discredit all the work I’ve done over some small insecurity? I’ve been working so hard to build strength- if there are wrinkles in my triceps, then they’re SUPPOSED to be there.
They’re not wrong.
They don’t need to go away.
They’re just THERE.
I’m the healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been- so this is me accepting the healthiest version of myself- rolls, cellulite, wrinkles and all 💗

Switching up my morning brew routine this morning to include a cup of bulletproof coffee:
🔘organic brewed coffee
🔘1 T coconut oil
🔘1 T grass fed butter
The overarching goal of bulletproof coffee is to stay fueled with fat throughout the morning.
Did you know that, after water, the brain is comprised of primarily fat? When your body is fueled with fat, you will enjoy better focus and sustained energy throughout the day.
My relationship with coffee has been on the rocks for a couple of years. It is a major contributor of adrenal fatigue for me.
I’ve been hesitant to talk about adrenal fatigue on the blog because I believe it is a very individual experience. I’m going to give it a whirl and at least share my journey soon!

Siempre y cuando no tenga azúcar. Antes durante y después del entrenamiento.
2 Capsulas de Vitamina B1 (Fué el suplemento mas hablado de la conferencia Keto Health Summit- @drericberg
Al incorporar estos suplementos en la práctica vas a realizar todo se volverá más fácil. La próxima vez que te aventures en hacer un ayuno incluye estos suplementos. Así no pasarás hambre, fatiga y ansiedad. .
