As Advocates, nothing gives you greater fulfilment and hope like having a good laugh over an impressive achievement and a crucial win for the #health sector. You can feel my happiness while sitting in a panel discussion with experts who fought for the enactment of the #NHAct and for us @one who fought for the implementation of the 1%CRF as stipulated in the Act. When we join our voices together we are always assured that we will achieve tremendous result. The campaign for better healthcare for all #Nigerians we will say have progressed to this point, but a lot needs to be done until everyone have equal and dignified access to quality healthcare services. #health4allnaija #UHC #fundnaijahealth #makenaijastronger
I was part of the #makenaijastronger campaign process and am glad to be part of the success story. I and every @one member and champions who gave the campaign their everything to make sure our voices were heard should be proud of the feat we have acheived. Now the real work begins- which is to ensure the 1%CRF is released in a timely manner and used judiciously for the good of #Nigerians . #fundnaijahealth

Yesterday at the MamaYe Day 2018 for the launching ceremony of #FundNaijaHealth Campaign at Sheraton Hotel, Abuja. The ceremony which was chaired by Dr. Mike Egboh was about the Budget Release and Implications on Health Budget Performance. This is a critical sector that we shouldn't take for levity due to its fliudic maliciousness that rages randomly. Any 'issues' pertaining to health is no respecter of persons. Those that could afford travelling oversea to seek health solutions is because it wasn't on a state of emergency. What makes up a great nation is when their is equal share of opportunities irrespective of the citizen's financial state. Sincerely, it was a good opportunity to speak on Leadership, Accountability and Transparency in the Health systems of Nigeria through good will message. It was a pleasure to speak in the presence and alongside important personalities like Senator Dr Lanre Tejuosho (Chair Senate Committee on Health) and lot of other dignitaries like the Nigeria governing body of the health sector, Dr Filani (Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Health), USAID, European Union, Etc. Kindly follow MamaYe Nigeria and tweet using the #FundNaijaHealth for the full utilization of the 1% budget increment on Health issues especially at the grassroot. Glory to God!
