I have a little bit of company during my HiiT training. 🏋️x ✌️ My boys wanted to spend a little quality gym time with their mom and "hit the weights" at the same time. 😂🤗 Was able to snap a few pics during my rest time. 📷
As parents, incorporating good habits for fitness and nutrition is so very important. Our kids are watching us, studying us, and emulating us.
The lifestyles we create and the values we set are the tangibles that they will take with them on their journey toward becoming healthy adults.
Being fit isn't about muscles and bikinis. Being fit is being fit mentally, and emotionally, just as much as it is physically. Being fit is about having the energy, drive, and determination to be the best version inside of you and be able to share that version with the ones who matter the most.
I grew up always following others and trying to fit in. I was not one to ‘lead’ or be the first to do anything! I never raised my hand in class and I constantly wondered what others thought of me!
Here I am today, doing the unconventional way of making a living. I no longer worry what others think. The only person I am following today is Jesus...I am taking His lead! Feels so good when you just let go and be YOU! It’s so FREEING!
I encourage you to step out and do the same! Live the life YOU want to live! If God is putting it in your heart, go after it! You could totally change your life TODAY by taking that leap!
Do I have to post to social media like you if I join your wellness studio? Absolutely NOT. A question I get asked a lot and one that people tell me is the reason they’ve waited so long to ask for info thinking they had to! I publicly share my journey as a coach to help others...my clients are not required to post anything! Everything we do is in a private app that is for my community only!

Even in my corporate job, I loved that Monday was kind of a ‘reset’ from anything that happened the week prior. Even though I don’t leave home to go to my 9-5 anymore, my Monday feelings are the same! It’s a fresh week for me to continue to grow in faith, be a better mom than I was last week and continue to help woman crush their wellness and financial journeys through this amazing community! Full plate while working outside the home and full plate while working from home! I loved it then and I love it now! Full plate = full heart ❤️
