Back when I was actively practicing yoga, this move was something I wanted to learn to do. I was very much into #inversions
but I couldn’t quite find stability with the forearm stand. I couldn’t even get up against the wall, much less let off.
Now a year and a half since I’ve even been to a studio, I realized I feel #stronger
and decided to give it a try. And I was able to get up! Even though I’m not actively practicing yoga, what I’ve found for myself recently has improved my health all around. I’m stronger, I have more stamina and energy, I’m more #confident
Did I do anything dramatic to find these results?? Nope. I just #saidyes
to myself. I stopped making #excuses
. I stopped waiting for the #future
. I just decided to take the first step and see how far it would take me.
You don’t have to make huge changes to be successful. You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic or gym junkie. You just have #start
