About 3 weeks ago I quit my corporate job to explore work & travel opportunities.
It’s not that I hated my job in tech - I actually loved the company culture, my colleagues and of course the world-class perks & benefits (free food & gym, rooftop barista, salary...)
But something inside me told me I just HAD to make the leap to explore all the other possibilities this beautiful world has to offer 🌎.
I am now in Bali working from a co-working space mainly doing online courses and exploring remote work (there’s so many possibilities!) while being surrounded by like-minded globetrotters and online entrepreneurs 🙏🏼

Es ist einfach noch mal was ganz anderes, einen echten Menschen vor sich stehen zu haben, der sagt, dass er die Premium Pass Workshops feiert und jeden durcharbeitet, als einfach nur die Kommentare zu lesen! 😊

A bit behind on reporting back on #100daysnew but it is happening. This post will cover days 11&12 which are both focused on work. My work is important to me. I'm keen to learn and contribute and get frustrated when I can't really see where it's all going so experiences where. I can work collaboratively and understand and feel positive about my work in an organisation's wider vision are really energising.
On day 11 I was part of a service design exercise for an organisation I'm working with. It was new and, frankly, awesome. We were chiefly focused on how we embed the organisation's refreshed values, vision, brand, tone of voice and positioning throughout the organisation. Dividing the organisation into streams, we looked at every touch point that affects the organisation's work and people and what parts of the new vision we need to embed where; how we do that - what assets can we use. I've thought other organisations I've worked in previously could benefit from an activity like this so it felt so rewarding to be part of this exercise and it's made me appreciate the company more.
Day 12 I went to meet a potential new client. This is always a bit of a mixed bag depending on what their experience is of the sort of work I do and where they are in their journey. I was asked some tough questions which I didn't necessarily have perfect answers to but I came away excited about the opportunity and keen to try some of the new things I've been learning with them 💪
