Trying to build those 💪🏻, but stressed between holiday parties, work craziness and travel? The end of the year can make it really difficult to make it to workout class.
Adrienne shared earlier in the week about her at-home yoga practice. So today, I wanted to share with you all what I do at home when I can’t make it to a class or I’m on the road. (Or just being a bit too lazy to drive anywhere 😎😉)
Nate and I are really lucky to have a small but very nice gym in our apartment complex. I go there and alternate between a HIIT style cardio sessions on the treadmill/floor and strength training sessions!
For HIIT I usually do 30sec rest and 1 minute on of speed walking/jogging/running/burpees/mountain climbers, etc.
For strength training I love @kelseywells
PWR program on the BBG app! It’s great for women who want to effectively weight train. *rabbit trail* I have done BBG on and off for years because of how convenient, effective, and flexible it is! College age ladies:this is great for those turbulent, full of travel summers!
