Are you struggling with feelings of guilt from weekend eating and splurges?
Was it worth it? Hell yes it was.
The easiest way to make sure you don’t “fall off the wagon” is to jump off the effin wagon.
The yo-yo effect of being your leanest and being “on the wagon” to letting your body have what it needs and having a little extra does not translate into being “off the wagon.”
This way of thinking is what leads to cycles of binging and restricting & thinking another diet is the solution.
Here are some things that help me feel confident when I’m struggling with body image and letting myself be. (without shredded abs or 12% bf):
🌻 Think about everything wonderful you are. Your mind, your humor, your drive, your vibrance, your kindness. They have nothing to do with your body. And I guarantee you people want to be around you for YOU, not because you’re slender or jacked. Can’t put a Band-Aid on a shitty personality.
🌻 Be honest and ask yourself questions. Do you love you the way you are? Why do you feel the need to restrict or obsess over food? Are you letting that number on the scale define you?
🌻 Do what you love! Whatever your hobby! Focus on that feeling. Focus on being strong and energized. Not deprived body and mind. Your body only knows if it’s nourished or not. And that goes for your mind as well.

For many years I thought that I could NOT lose weight because my brain simply wasn't wired to like healthy foods. Over the years I've overcome that obstacle with a few of the tips in the video.
