Carrots | Lemon Verbena | Birdsbeak Peppers
One of my favorites from an autumn supperclub. Carrots were roasted slowly in brown butter. The sauce is made from carrot juice steeped with lemon verbena and seasoned with lemon verbena vinegar. The dish is finished with pickled Birdsbeak peppers and carrots tops.

Asian marinated flat iron steak 🤤🔥 this beef had incredible flavor and was tender as can be. Cooked for 2 hours at 129F in a marinade of soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil, then seared on a hot pan. •
