👉 Dear average gym goers, you will be finding and losing motivation forever (nobody is able to keep it up all the time)... Furthermore, DISCIPLINE doesn't care how you feel. For example, if you hit a strength training plateau (or similar) after a few years, and aren't able to go further for any reason, just staying "the same" needs to be enough for motivation (if you can't live without it). Knowledge / Discipline / Consistency / Hard work / Habit...! And, of course, find a good coach whether you are struggling or not 🙂!
