Automotive engineers don't spend their time learning how to create larger gas tanks, they spend their time attempting to make the vehicle more efficient. If you make a car 30% more efficient, then you can travel the same distance with 30% less fuel. Why not treat the human body the same?
The human body, when oriented correctly, is designed to utilize elastic energy in the form of fascial slings to perform various athletic and daily movements. This means that when our biomechanics are properly integrated that we essentially become energy conserving machines. The kinetic energy created by one movement is harnessed and stored as kinetic potential for the subsequent movement. Greater output with less input - Ephemeralization of the human body. Maximizing this efficiency should be priority number 1 for both athletic performance, and training for well-being and longevity.
Train intentionally, not habitually.

and at least twice a week try to destroy her. I don't treat any other client quite like the way I treat her. We've been working together for several months , I always make sure she is moving safely but I think she's only been sore one time . I try and push her limits, burn her out, maybe make her cry....but she seems untouchable. She is a super human!! The entire workout:
4x10 squat with 2 second hold
1.Curtsy squat with 12lb weight-staying low throughout entire move---->jump lunges---->stiff legged dead lifts with 60lbs.
30 seconds per move 2 rounds.
Goblet squat with 35 lbs---->side lunge (12lbs)---->lunge with hop
10 per exercise /per leg x4 rounds
3. Dead lifts with 35 lbs---->butt kicks ----> plank with shoulder taps l. 30 seconds per move 3 rounds
Trx hamstring curls.
How is she not exhausted ?

Working out is officially a habit of mine! Usually when we say habit the word “bad” gets put in front.... not anymore!
I’ve worked hard to create this healthy habit and I think I’m going to hang onto it for the rest of my days! Haha 💕
Of course, I will take a day off here and there because sometimes life is cray, and sometimes you just need to take a day of rest BUT, when I workout I FEEL better on the inside.
It relieves me of stress and it calms my “always thinking ahead” mind. It is #priceless
and I can do it for myself. It’s just a choice 🙂
