Monday! Already two weeks into March and I CANNOT believe it! Where does time go?! I wanna try start setting weekly goals, something I want to improve or get better at in my day-to-day life, so thought it could be fun to share it on here... 🤔
First thing is definitely getting up earlier in the morning, cause I’ve been hibernation like a 🐻... starting tomorrow lol cause I may or may not have slept in just a little today as well 🤦🏼♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can’t believe I have to make myself accountable through IG for getting up early though, but here we are hehe... isn’t this community about encouraging each other after all.. maybe you’ll be inspired, if you’re a sloth too at the moment like me 🙋🏼♀️ 😬
Also breakfast didn’t turn out how I wanted it today, so this is oats from back when it was snowing ❄️ filled with vitamin C and lots of other healthy goods! 🍊🍌🥥 YUM! xx

Working in your own business gets gnarly sometimes. Highs, lows, challenges and losses that require controlling your emotions and test your will. BUT that shit is what makes it all worth it. No fun in being a knight with no dragons to slay 🐉🤺 Changing my view to change my views.
Some people have a hard time forcing themselves to do things they don’t like doing... But like a run or a workout there’s never a feeling of dissatisfaction after it’s done. It’s actually quite the opposite.
I have grown to love the feeling of struggle and I believe it’s one of the only ways to find out who you really are and what your really made of... This has been my daily run for the past 7 days. It’s amazing how fast your body is able to respond and adapt to a new intensive activity. The first couple days you realize running sucks and that your a bitch... But you push through and realize with the proper tools for your body and mind you can far surpass what you thought was possible on days 1 and 2.
I’m only a week in but I itch to go when I wake up and the only disappointment when it’s over is that it’s over. If you are looking for a challenge and you want to give yourself a push trail running is an awesome way to start 🏃
