2/6 cause I like to slam bars... ☠️ 90/95/100 & 110/120/130KG. I’m at the end of a 4 week cycle where I have an optional Max Effort assuming I cover my sets of 3 & fancied lifting in my hometown so my family could watch, hence the ballsy jumps 🏋️♂️ The 200KG total needed to happen as I feel that’s my standard I should hit every time without fail, however I’m not content with the way the lifts look. Most of my coming work is technique and mobility focused so hopefully I’ll be smoother in the coming months. Those stiff obesity hips continue to plague me... (Arnold shirt is sick thooooo) 💪
