Et voila ma petite transformation sur une prise de masse et une seche. Donc environ 2 ans. Tout a commencé quand je supportais plus la petite bouée quand on s'assoit. Oui oui celle que tout le monde a lol Étant a l'armée a ce moment là je me suis lancé dans un régime ( oui oui un regime pas une seche). A base de pas grand chose en bouffe et du cardio. Jai perdu une dizaine de kilos. Pour ressembler a..a rien.. regardez la photo 2. A rien je vous dis. Puis l'opportunité de partir en exercice militaire chez les ricains sur un bateau avec de la bonne cuisine et une petite salle de sport a bord. Et la mon corps a fait bob.. l'éponge. 1mois 6kilos de rebonds. Nan nan pas de produits illicites. Que de la bouffe de l'entraînement et quelque shaker de proteine avec pre work out. La suite ? Une prise de masse dun an. Pour un total de 20kg de plus. Et avoir les joues de tic et tac. Ou comme si j'avais mangé tic et tac hahaha. De prise de masse en sèche mon corps a appris a mieux assimiler. Et mieux répartir. De plus en plus propre chaque année. Pourvu que ca dure!! Je ne vais pas vous mentir en vous disant que ca a été difficile. Jai juste eu besoin de pousser de manger. La génétique a fait le reste. Je ne vous dirai pas non que tout le monde peut y arriver. On est tous diffèrent et les facteurs extérieurs peuvent jouer en votre faveur ou pas. En muscu il y a la théorie. Et surtout la pratique. Faut essayer pour savoir si telle ou telle methode vous convient. Fini de parler. Go train. Go eat. Go sleep. We’re back with more squats!🏋🏻‍♂️ . This time, 140kg paused back squats! . Why do I love paused squats so much? When you’re holding that paused position at the bottom end of a squat, it takes away the ‘stretch-reflex’ action involved with a squat, and puts more focus through the quads. . What is the ‘stretch-reflex’? At the bottom end of some exercises, (squats and bench press being some of the main exercises that it’s involved with) when the major muscle groups being worked reach the limit of their flexibility, they have a short, sharp contraction which aids in moving the weight back to the top. In a squat, when you reach the position I am paused in, that is when the stretch-reflex occurs and will help you stand up again. Taking out this stretch reflex and holding the bottom position makes the squats a lot harder and more effective, whilst also promoting more growth of the quads. . Do they help regarding other lifts? Absolutely they do.
