🏋️♀️Son muy importantes ya que estos nos ayudan a retrasar la fatiga, mejora el rendimiento y a recuperarnos mucho mejor!!
🚴🏼♂️Cuando estamos entrenando nuestros niveles de glucógeno muscular disminuyen, donde podría aparecer la fatiga!! Y cuánto debería consumir carbohidratos? Eso dependerá del tipo de ejercicio que hagas, el tiempo y la intensidad en que lo hagas.
Como siempre digo, no le tengas miedo a los carbohidratos pero ojo hay que consumir son los carbohidratos complejos y no los simples!! Pero siempre es mejor a asesorarte con un experto para que te diga realmente cuánto necesitas!! .

It's strange that you will never know when your last day is. You may think things will stay how they are forever but they don't. They change. Appreciate every experience and every minute of your life because you may never have that moment again. .
I was looking through old pictures and found this from the last day I went to LA fitness in the city. Right when I was starting to like it, I would soon find out that I would never be back there. Weird how that happens. But everything happens for a reason. Also cool to see the progress I have made since the end of September 🙂
1 Loaf Gluten Free Bread
1/2 of an Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Celery Stock
3/4 Cup Turkey or Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp Basil
1/2 Tsp Salt (If using store bought stock you may not need to add any salt)
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 F. Cut the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch pieces and place into a large mixing bowl.
Mince the onion, garlic and celery, then add to the bowl. Add the stock along with the basil and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place the stuffing into a large lightly greased baking dish or onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 40-55 minutes, stirring several times throughout.
