Workout as follows 👇
Reverse lunges with shoulder press (switch sides and repeat)
Explosive air squats
Cross body mountain climbers
20 reps of each
No rest between exercises
1 minute rest between circuit
Aim for 6 rounds

👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 I was so stressed with no energy or motivation, living for the blow outs on a weekend. I craved all the wrong foods which left me bloated and often run down. It left little time to focus on my amazing family.
Now I’m in a far better place. I’ve got tonnes more energy and gained lean muscle instead of mush. I can now rely on my Isa food to be healthy as well as convenient which fits into my busy life so well. My health, wellness and strength have massively improved, I no longer crave the weekend blowouts and as a result I’m a much better role model for my boys. Here’s to ageing healthily and gracefully (well most of the time anyway 😉)
