So today was our final weigh in and I (Q) had to hit 286.7 and I came in at 290.3 which was 3.6 pounds short of the 20lb goal. Wendy had to hit 183 and she came in at 188. She was 5 pounds short of her goal....but let the pictures to the talking about our journey. . . . So we both didn’t hit our goal which is unfortunate but it doesn’t stop us. This is added fuel to our fire 🔥 which is burning to lose weight. We appreciate everyone here that has showed us support throughout this journey and there will be more to come...thank you. . . . almost didn’t get here today!! I got home from work feeling so DEFEATED and anxious. I immediately got into bed and started watching youtube videos to make me laugh. it took an hour for me to push myself out to the gym and i’m happy I did because I feel better now 🎉🎉🎉 — 20 min of cardio, walking at an incline for a mile at 18:34. I keep my incline around 2.5-3.5 but I did test out a 5.0 and an 8.0 to see how it felt!! — finished off with a little strength workout for my legs. Virtual run merupakan kategori yang membolehkan peserta yang tak dapat turut serta berlari pada 24 November 2018 untuk turut memeriahkan Nocturnal Run 3.0. . Bagi peserta Virtual Run, anda perlu mendaftar di link seperti biasa dan melengkapkan maklumat serta bayaran sebanyak RM60. Maklumat termasuklah alamat pengeposan running kits. . Peserta perlu melengkapkan larian 5km di mana sahaja dalam tempoh 10 November 2018 hingga 24 November 2018. Paling penting, rekodkan larian dengan menggunakan aplikasi larian seperti Strava, Nike+ Run Club atau apa sahaja aplikasi. .
