Christmas celebrations began for my family this weekend. So today was a huge detox day to ease us back into the week. A fresh home made juice is the perfect way to do that. Juices are potent and deliver the nutrients to our body much quicker as itโ€™s delivered straight to our blood stream. Be sure to have with a handful of nuts or some serving of fat to help absorb fat soluble nutrients A, E, D and K. This juice was a combination of celery, cucumber, broccolini, spinach, kale, pineapple and apple ๐Ÿ The pineapple and apple really help to sweeten the overall flavour and makes it so refreshing!

The last night of my bday vacation. Turning 29 is a little nerve wrecking. I'm getting old and I haven't accomplished everything I need to accomplish for myself. I swear my arms have seriously lost muscle definition due to only two workouts a week ๐Ÿ˜ฉ anyway, Iโ€™m making myself step it up this week! Just took the puppers on a 1 mile run after my 12 and my WHOLE frikkinโ€™ body is in pain after Friday and Saturdays gym seshes.... like Iโ€™m walking and bending and moving like an 80 year old with severe joint pain. ๐Ÿคฃ not gonna lie, I kinda like it. Refrigerate dough for 15 mins to become firm. Roll into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 10-12 mins at 350 F
