🤣 @ this chart because if you knew my life and what I’ve been through, basically it was these things, all of them for.... forever, until abt several months ago when diagnosed with ADHD. ☔️☀️ A little meds and suddenly the ☁️ lifted, my whole world became clearer and I was like “OMG My whole life makes sense now!” *
🔎🌠 After that I became really really good at learning and super hungry for it. I can’t stop learning although I’ve always loved it, I had to work so hard for it compared to most ppl. *
📚 📖 💻 Now it’s super easy for me to learn all types of things. I read medical journals for fun (seriously). And, bonus; I do not have anxiety or depression (that’s what I used to be treated for... no wonder the treatments didn’t work).

So when I woke up today I decided to go workout right away and realized that I forgot to bring my workout clothes to my boyfriends..... insert sweats. Lol
I didn’t have much of a choice but to workout in the sweats I had just slept in. They were baggy and falling off so I tied the top and tightened the string on my pants and got to work. .
It doesn’t matter what you wear as long as you get up and get moving.
Usually I’m pretty on top of bringing my workout stuff more than anything but somehow this morning after work I left them. Oh well.
I still got a great booty workout in and sweat my toosh off. Lol
You can always find an excuse for why you shouldn’t get something done but try to think of the one reason that matters most “why not get it done”! .

What if I told you thats actually not how YOU are going to see progress?
1. Identify your MUSTs when you choose what you eat and how you workout to see progress.
2. Ask yourself if those rules create positive thoughts about who you are.
3. Give yourself permission to create your own rules!! Your life is more than seeing your weight become smaller and your booty getting bigger, or any of societies other pressures. More than just treadmills and weights.
