Love Monday's! It's always a fresh start. No matter what I ate, drank or didn't do over the weekend - I can always reset my mind and my intentions. This week my ficus is on getting in all my water and making sure eat all my veggies (I've been really struggling with this one). Meal prep helps, having lots of veggies cut up and ready to grab and go is essential. What is your focus this week??

Getting enough fresh veggies is very hard for me. This local store @ardensgardenatl , packs over 2lbs of fresh veggies and THAT IS IT in this juice- MULTI MAX! I won't lie it's hard for me to get it down- I shoot it and chase with water. But knowing I am getting veggies in and soooo many great vitamins and minerals is a really great feeling. #evolve #everydamnday

Breakfast... Seriously my favorite meal of the day. I find it so hard to get all my veggies in everyday so at breakfast time I load up. I add 2 of my daily 3 servings to my eggs. Even veggies I am not a fan off like spinach and mushrooms. ☺️ Once it's all combined with a little cholula it tastes delicious. I'm not an egg fan either so the more cholula the better. Kiley loves this breakfast too which makes it a must have in our house. Now to clean up, do some laundry then get my workout done in about 3 hours.
