Love Monday's! It's always a fresh start. No matter what I ate, drank or didn't do over the weekend - I can always reset my mind and my intentions.
This week my ficus is on getting in all my water and making sure eat all my veggies (I've been really struggling with this one). Meal prep helps, having lots of veggies cut up and ready to grab and go is essential.

Decided to challenge myself to get a veggie in every meal this week.
Breakfast: eggs scrambled with a chicken sausage over make and tomatoes (s)
Lunch: chicken sausages with pickled okra and olives (s)
Dinner: Dreamfield pasta with chicken and broccoli in scampi sauce (s)

Added an handful of kale, blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana, espresso powder, 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/4 cup of coconut water. Drank it post workout!
Got in 1/2 of BBG week 1 Total Body. Now off to teach yoga at the library! 🤸🏻♂️

Breakfast... Seriously my favorite meal of the day. I find it so hard to get all my veggies in everyday so at breakfast time I load up. I add 2 of my daily 3 servings to my eggs. Even veggies I am not a fan off like spinach and mushrooms. ☺️
Once it's all combined with a little cholula it tastes delicious. I'm not an egg fan either so the more cholula the better.
Kiley loves this breakfast too which makes it a must have in our house. Now to clean up, do some laundry then get my workout done in about 3 hours. Never miss a Monday workout!

Breakfast veggie mug cake. 4 1/2 tablespoons old fashion oats • 1 egg • 1 tablespoon chia seeds • 1/2 small zucchini • 4 baby carrots • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin • 2 drops pure vanilla • 1 pack Stevia • 1 tablespoon water • allspice - blend all ingredients until smooth microwave for 2 1/2 mins .
