Brainstorming 😅 auch wenn ich vom Wochenende immer noch ein bisschen verstrahlt bin ( und auch eindeutig so aussehe 🤷🏽♀️) hab ich mich heut hingesetzt und Ideen für das Familiencafe gesammelt 😱 ich danke euch für eure ganzen Ideen :) ich glaub morgen muss ich eine Riesen Umfrage starten -> Frühstück oder Kuchen , welche Öffnungszeiten , Samstag und Sonntag ? Essen für Kinder ? Und vor allem wie kriegt man eine richtig gemütliche Stillecke hin ? 😅😂 ich werd bestimmt heut Nacht wieder vor Ideen nicht schlafen können 😂😂🙆🏽♀️

So I wanted to try the new workout program sample today, but I hadn't received my step yet. I literally had nothing to use as a sub for the step, so my bright idea was to stack my plates on top of each other🤦I realized quickly that wasn't a smart idea 😂duh! So most of the workout I did without. (Check out my IG stories for my story abt it)
Then what shows up, AFTER the fact? The step 😁
Today I've thought a lot about few things
How the life is going, how people think about life, money, work, everything, and about myself among that.
I thought about my goals, how I want to acheive things and what I've to do and overcome to acheive that.
It seems pretty easy when you take time to slowly think about it and plan everything, now I just have to put it in action !
What are your short/long term goals actually ? ✨
Some people spend a lifetime indoors. Countless hours of video games, tv, and scrolling through social media. When you look back at your life years from now, where will you be? How will you look? What memories will you have?
Personally, I can’t stand to not move. I have to go outdoors or do some kind of workout everyday. The feeling I get from staying active far outweighs any feelings I get from sitting on my couch.
There are too many places I want to go. There are too many mountains I want to climb. There are too many people I want to meet. How can I do all of that by upgrading my character on Fortnite or watching the billionth episode of the Walking Dead? Neither is inherently bad, but it does drive our laziness and complacency.
I want to be able to tell my grandkids that I climbed multiple 14ers. I want to show them pictures of all my outdoor adventures with their father when he was young. None of this is possible from the comfort of my home.
I realize that I might not even make it to grandpa status, but that gives me more reason to live now. To love. To move. To journey. To challenge my mind and my body.
If you’re honest, you probably want to do the same, but it will require you to get uncomfortable. It will require you to move. It will require you to push your body and your mind to certain limits. But I can tell you that it will be worth it. And your body and soul will be thankful because they require you to move, stay active, and get outside.
I am currently rehabbing my hip. When I get through that, I am going to push my body, mind, and soul to the limits in 2019.

A wall of people waits to cross into another wall of people.
✖🌎Do You Want To Have Everything In the World ?🌎✖
Do you want to lose body fat? Or run a marathon? Or build muscle? Or become a vegan-based, keto-loving, professional crossfitter?
These are all valid goals.
However, the problems start to arise when you try to chase them all AT THE SAME TIME.
You have to ask yourself: What’s your biggest goal right now?
Once you’ve figured out what that is, you have to choose a plan and stick to it.
Just focus on that one thing.
If you want to lose body fat then forget about building chunks of muscle, shaving minutes off your 10k time, and mastering the art of one-armed handstands.
Get to your goal and THEN you can switch gears and change direction.
If you want to build some serious muscle, forget about losing body fat for the time being and change your eating and training programme to support that goal.

Just as multi-tasking in everyday life is a sure-fire way to screw everything up, it’s as equally as injurious when trying to achieve health and fitness-based goals.
Focus on one thing and one thing only.
Don’t think ‘crikey I need to achieve this, this, this, and that all by next month.’ or get mind-warped by the plethora of fancy accomplishments that are out there.
MAKE THE GOAL, THE GOAL. ⠀
