: Phormula 1 chocolate milkshake protein and Ignition to make sure my hard work doesn’t go to waste! Protein is so important for muscle recovery and keeping your body in a fat-burning state. Make sure to also eat a good meal after an intense workout because a protein shake is not meant to be a meal replacement. Don’t be afraid of carbs just eat the right ones: sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa, etc. 🍚🍠
