Back to working on deadlifts. I'm happy with this final set of 365 for 10. Over 10 lbs lighter in body weight and only 2 reps less than the last meet prep without nearly as much volume. . Love @virusintl but really wish you guys could bring back these Elite Performance Tights. Any chance of that happening? Schönen guten Abend 👋 Heute war Spieltag vom #sportkegeln Ich war nicht wirklich zufrieden (533), aber habe mit dem letzten Wurf meinen Mannschaftspunkt geholt und gewonnen haben wir mit 7:1 auch. 🎉🎊 Bin auf jeden Fall aber richtig froh, dass ich die Erkältung nun gut überstanden habe. Mittwoch bin ich schon im #krafttraining eingestiegen mit Schwerpunkt Brust und Donnerstag mit den Schwerpunkten Beine und Trizeps. Protein is so important for muscle recovery and keeping your body in a fat-burning state. Make sure to also eat a good meal after an intense workout because a protein shake is not meant to be a meal replacement. Don’t be afraid of carbs just eat the right ones: sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa, etc. 🍚🍠 • •Feeling ready to take on the world but first, I’m off to the beach because it’s 78 degrees in October 😍☀️🌊Gotta love SoCal! One week ago I stepped on stage for the second time. Although I did not finish as desired I still beat my previous physique (2 years ago I got 1st in both classes), which in itself is a win.
