It has been a year since I started losing weight and so far lost about 40 lbs 👏. Got a lot more to go 👏👏
W4D2 - Mijn rondje voor vandaag zat er voor 7 uur alweer op. Op het programma 5 min. easy pace, 5 min. steady pace, 5 min. easy pace. De eerste 5 min. lekker rond de 6:00min/km gelopen en de laatste 2 op 5:35min/km. De warmte alvast voorgegeven, was het weer een lekker rondje!
I’m not doing a very good job of managing my time yet.
I thought about skipping working out again since it was so late but I just really didn’t want to.
So I got a quick lower body workout in. Quick is better than not at all and I know I’m going to feel much better going to sleep because of it.
Didnt quitekit 10k steps today, but that's alright. Tomorrow I plan to hit my step goal!

Week 2 day 1: I survived week 1 YAY!! Man after a LONG 7 months off I wasn’t sure if I’d make it!! I was sooo sore ALL weekend but last night I was finally able to find a tennis ball that Wicket hadn’t managed to get (YET) and really dig into those sore muscles!! Today’s full body and strength was hard and a little frustrating if I’m going to be honest because I had to not only modify but remove parts to each rotation completely and I still didn’t finish with my rounds!! I found round 2 the most difficult because of the ren row pushups. I still don’t have the wrist strength to be able to do able of on toe pushups I think I did 2 MAYBE 3 and then had so switch to my knees but really didn’t do many that way because being on my knees causes swelling so after a few I tried on tow again but it took a lot of concentration to try and do more. I did one or 2 but it definitely was not easy. I’m working through my knee injury and OLD wrist injuries that causes severe scar tissue giving me limited mobility. I just need to strengthen them up again and I know I will be able to do pushups like before my knee injury. I am determined to become stronger, healthier, more fit but in a controlled way even if it’s the route of the tortoise 🐢 🤣 slow and steady wins the race!! Listening to my body is essential and even though I have days like today where I leave feeling frustrated I take the time to re-evaluate what I WAS able to do and am truly appreciative and proud of it!!
