This challenge has spent me...I don't know how I've mustered up the energy to get another day done...but all was accomplished today. No excuses...no thinking too much about it...just getting it done. Interestingly, I'm happily exhausted. Two more days for weigh in...I'm excited and nervous at the same time. My weight loss, I think has slowed down, so I don't feel like I've lost much or look different; but that's ok because I know this is a journey. Anyway, stay tuned for my results on Friday. 😊

Vacation re-entry? It's a thing & I can help my MN people with that!
Imagine the possibilities...Before you return from vacation I greet the Shipt shopper at your home and put away your groceries you've pre-ordered. I pack your kids lunches for the morning & create 2 slow cooker freezer meals that you can use this week as you ease into the reality that the resort chef didn't hide in your suitcase for the return home. I do a quick scan of your fridge & throw away expired items. I switch out all bathroom towels with clean ones, straighten out the disheveled bed covers from your excited exit & turn down the bedding for quick sliding in of sleeping children & tired but rejuvenated parents. I return the next day with your dog Max & assist with mail & laundry from the week away. Is this real life? Yes, how may I serve you?

Who said you can’t get your workout on when your snowed in 🤣 - 5 Mile Treadmill Run - 30 minutes of Grit (weights & cardio) - finished with 20 minutes of Yoga (stretching) now to relax before I start dinner 😊
