Arms and abs! Bookmark this workout and get to werkkk💪🏽 1️⃣Kettlebell side bends - 15 reps each side
2️⃣DB side plank to crunch - 15 reps each side
3️⃣Weighted russian twist sit ups *️⃣superset with weighted sit ups - 30 sec each exercise
4️⃣Standing chest press - 20 reps
5️⃣Hammer curls - 15 reps
Repeat x3 and enjoy!

I like both! I go in phases where I prefer the gym and then other times I’d rather workout at home🤷🏼♀️. Neither is superior, choose whatever is the most convenient for you!
Here is a full body hiit workout with an emphasis on core that I did earlier this morning. I don’t know about you, but I’m trying to keep everything tight and feeling good throughout the holiday season. If you are too, this workout will do the trick!
40 secs on/20 secs off each move
1️⃣ x jumps
2️⃣ 2 pushups to squat
4️⃣ curtsy to side crunch
5️⃣ mountain climbers (not filmed)
💪🏼 complete the entire circuit as listed, rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat 3 more times (4 total) for a full body burn🔥

Bent Over Rear Delt Lateral

🦃What is the Rear Delt?
The rear delt is the back of your shoulder, some people mistakenly work this muscle on back day. This exercise is an isolation exercise that works the posterior deltoid muscle
🦃Why should I work this muscle, I can't see it?!
This exercise has many benefits including improved strength, shoulder health and posture, and beautifully sculpted shoulders from front to back
🦃What's the difference between the Bent-Over Lateral Raise and the Rear Delt Raise and the Reverse Fly?
These are the same exercise. The names are used interchangeably by different coaches and educational resources. There are many variations of this exercise, and you will benefit greatly by changing positions & apparatus!
🦃How do I perform this exerise properly?
Step 1: Stand with your feet hip-width apart holding dumbbells/band/or cables in both hands at your sides. Bend at your waist and slightly bend your knees to lean over until your torso is nearly parallel the ground.
Step 2: With your core tight and back flat. Raise the dumbbells to the sides until your elbows are in line with your shoulders. Your pinky should be slightly higher than your thumb as if you were pouring liquid out of the dumbbell.
Step 3: Lower the dumbbells in control to the starting position and repeat.
