This year has been an absolute rollercoaster for me. But I'm actually really proud of myself, because I've stuck to my fitness and pushed myself constantly. This year I've really turned up the heat on my weight training, I self taught myself nutrition and training regimes and played around with the different ways of getting the results I wanted. I'm still not exactly where I want to be, but I'm on the right tracks now. Ive also really improved with my climbing nailing another two grades this year 💪💪 I've gained 3kg in muscle andddd I've smashed a couple of my goals for this year. It's so easy to complain about what you haven't done at this time of year. But it's so important to appreciate what you have done. I am so proud of what I've achieved this year and it gives me clear goals for 2019, I cannot wait!

I have ALWAYS struggled with my lower belly. Genetically, that is where my fat usually stores🤷🏼♀️
I know I don’t have the most chiselled abs in the world and I know I never will (partly because I love food too much😂) but that’s okay! -
Here are some little tips that have helped me with lower belly fat that lovvesss to hang around
1️⃣ HIIT training! It is my all time favourite for burning body fat! It’s quick and effective and much more fun than running on a treadmill for hours in my opinion! I currently do HIIT 4 times a week
2️⃣ Going vegan🌱 this has defiantly helped tremendously with my lower belly bloating! Since cutting out the meat and dairy my bloating has gone down massively! I don’t think I digested meat/diary very well!
3️⃣ WATER💦 it’s super important and everybody knows it! I try and drink around 3-4 litres a day to keep me hydrated and flush everything through!
4️⃣ SLEEP💤 it’s honestly so important! I find if I get enough sleep I don’t feel as bloated when I wake up. I try to get at LEAST 8 hours of sleep a day -
Remember abs are not the most important thing! Unless your competing Its not sustainable to trade of most of your happiness just to get a 6 pack, it’s not worth it🙅🏽♀️(I.e food, memories, going out etc) I do not compete, I simply live a healthy lifestyle. I train hard in the gym. I eat right and also have treats in moderation #BALANCE
Change your mindset to this being a LIFESTYLE not a diet!
