I wore no makeup yesterday to work. Usually I just draw on my brows and/or mascara. I just wore almond oil. It felt great! Nothing special really. Women do it all the time. I’m guilty of being my own worst enemy and never giving myself enough credit for well, anything. I get overwhelmed with life and I let it consume me at times, but I’m a work in progress 🙏🏽😊. For anyone who finds themselves overthinking every aspect of their lives, you are not alone! Abdominal muscles are king when it comes to spinal stability during bosu-push-ups. The rectus abdominis is the primary stabilizer for preventing hip sagging, while the obliques do most of the work to prevent lateral shifting and twisting.
The transversus abdominis, multifidus, and erector spinae are only minimal contributors to spinal stability during the push-up exercise in general.
The back is also involved, with serratus anterior as the top back muscle to the mid traps and for the lower traps as well. Hand positioning plays an important role. Depending on your goal, you'll want to incorporate different push-up approaches. 🔥
