Sometimes you just have to keep going, even if you don't know how... *
A few days ago, a very kind honourable friend of mine, the perfect gentleman and father, told me that his teenage son was found hanged in a local park.
Then today another dear friend, kind smart caring person, burdened so much by work and responsibilities, shared they feel like they cannot go on. (and they refuse help, so you can only watch in pain trying to reach out..) As if me trying so damn hard in the past few months, no matter what, and getting such miserable results was not enough to feel so broken. Oh then seeing another vlogger sensation that got 100k followers in a few months because you know, ' follow your passion and dreams ' blah blah have suddenly worked for someone., only me seems to never ever have any luck... .So after reading it, after sacrificing all for 15 years, only want to howl..
Sometimes you have no idea how to keep going..
Have a rest, stop, cry, shout and scream if you need... you ARE loved. Step by step, by step.. We can... With hugs & love to you all ❤️
I spent yesterday afternoon exploring the beach towns of Southern California. I fell in love with Encinitas. It’s a eclectic little surf town with the coolest restaurants, bars, and murals. Fingers crossed that I can get Anthony to move there! 🤞🏻🤞🏻
sent me this beautiful bottle to come with me on my adventures, I immediately had dreams of taking the perfect insta-friendly photo with it - definitely at sunset, probably laughing at a salad or something 🤷🏻♀️
Then I realised that the reality of sustainable travel (and life) is this - seizing the chance on a sunny day to refill your bottle, and then running across the cobbles to catch up with your group, laughing at the top of your lungs because you now have water from a fountain at VERSAILLE! It may not be the perfect photo, but it was the perfect moment ✌
Many thanks to @thecleancollective
