Stop living life to please others, live your own life for YOU!! it's amazing how long it's taken me to realise to just do whatever makes me happy. To stop worrying about the judgement from others and to enjoy life doing what you love and not needing to live up to anyone's expectations. You don't need to explain shit to anyone, the people who deserve to be in your life will be the ones that will support you no matter what. If you lose people along the way by doing what makes you happy, you're better off without them. LOVE your life. Remember you only live once so do whatever you please. 💗💗💗
It's crazy how this showed up on my timeline from Flex Lewis 2016, and here I am reflecting that I am 2 weeks out from my figure debut. You hear people say that they look back and see such a change in themselves mentally and physically from where they've came from, but here I am in a better place spiritually. That's the most important for me. I give God the glory in everything I do. I CAN NOT do ANYTHING without him. Sports, work, home life. As long as I do everything to glorify Him, then that's all I care about. Some people may see competing in a not so glamorous way, but if I can reach out to others and let them see God in me and potentially lead them to Christ, then I've done my part. End of week 2 progress and I’m down 0.9kgs (1.7lbs)from last week 😱🙌🏻 2.1kg (4.6lbs) since the start! Actually pretty damn chuffed since I thought I’d balls it up with my above average chocolate intake 😬 but I guess this proves as long as your in a calorie deficit your still get results ... even if the calories our mainly chocolate based 😂
