When I started my fitness journey, I thought I had to workout 6 days a week, eat spinach and chicken breast 24/7 and only have 1 cheat meal a week or I'd never be fit. -
Does this mindset sound healthy to you? I sure hope not... because it's TERRIBLE. And I KNOW some people still think this way but I'm here to tell you that it's not true. You can enjoy yourself and still be fit. You can have more than 1 treat a week and still be fit. You can workout only days a week and still be fit!! -
Fitness is not all or nothing. It is not a one size fits all formula. Different things work for different people. You need to find your balance! Find what works best for you and stick with it. Not only will you see results, but you won't end up crashing, burning and giving up all together! -

What the program includes:
- 8 weeks of workout programming broken into 3 different phases to get you connecting, building, and sculpting your core. It can be done at home or the gym in only 5-15 minutes a day.
- Nutrition plan that breaks down fat loss in a simple way and gives you all the instructions needed to clean up your nutrition in a way that will last. You’ll learn what foods to look for and what to phase out of your diet. The focus is on simple shifts you can maintain (no more yo-yo dieting).
- Mindset guidance explaining why it’s important and how it plays a role in your daily behaviors and habits. With simple steps to help you start making a substantial difference with you focus, motivation, and consistency.
You get access to everything in your own online portal with a PDF of the program (exercise plan, nutrition guide, mindset guidance), as well as instructional videos, and guidance that walks you through continuing on after the initial 8 weeks to keep progressing forward.

What if I’m already following a program?
The Ab Sculpt program is focused mainly on the core and can be used alongside any activity or program you’re currently doing. It is recommended to be used with a resistance training routine for the best results, but will be beneficial in addition to any activity!
Less than $11 a week for the 8 week program with FREE access after the initial 8 weeks! Which you can pay in one payment or two if needed.

😬😃❤️ Work today was AWFUL. I cried on the phone to my hubby and then did some ranting and raving to my work friend. But as soon as I got out of work today, I went straight to the gym and did 45 minutes on the arc trainer 💪🏻 Then after I ran out my aggression lol, I came home and did 30 minutes of PIYO to help me stretch, strengthen, work off some more frustration lol, and just breathe. I feel so much better!

Change your questions change your life! Before I really felt comfortable in my own skin I would ask myself daily “Why aren’t you skinnier? Why aren’t you more fit? Why do your legs have cellulite? Why can’t you control your eating?” And guess what..I’d get REALLY bad answers. “Because you’re just big boned. Because you don’t know how to workout to become lean. Because you were just born with thicker legs. Because you’re a pig.” 🤔
I have learned to ask myself better questions and in return have gotten much better RESULTS and overall my life has changed dramatically. How can I make more time to workout? Where can I find the resources to learn about nutrition?
