How to grow your booty?
There’s no magic way to build your booty and the most important thing, it takes time. Don’t expect to grow your glutes in 2 weeks, people don’t lose 10 kg’s in 2 weeks, right? The best tips I can give you:
1. EAT. I know, you’ve probably heard it a thousand times before, but nutrition is the key to gaining weight/grow your glutes. Don’t expect to grow your glutes while losing weight, because that’s impossible. Eat to grow💪🏼
2. Lift heavy. I see girls do crab walks, banded squats, bodyweight hip thrusts and these are fine, to begin with, but your glutes need more to grow. Stick to the basic compound movements and work on getting stonger at these. Add some isolation exercises, but focus more on the compounds.
3. Consistency. Don’t expect to grow your glutes by training once a week. You don’t have to go 5 times a week, not at all. It’s great to go 3 times, but make sure you kill these 3 sessions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
