Comment ne pas être fière de cette homme qui est le mien. J'ai tellement d'admiration quand je le regarde. Après toute les épreuve difficile qu'il a subit dans ça vie et dieu sais qu'elle n'ont pas toute était des plus faciles,il est rester un Homme humble, pleins d'amour ,de gentillesse. Evitar el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas o moderar las porciones. Tomar al menos dos litros de agua al día y realizar actividad física al menos durante 30 minutos al día. Balance es la clave🥰 Si sabes que tienes cena/almuerzo entre amigos para tal día, entonces come bien el resto de la semana. Al final, una o dos comidas malas en la semana, no deberá afectarte si eres juicioso con la alimentación los otros días. How to grow your booty? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There’s no magic way to build your booty and the most important thing, it takes time. Don’t expect to grow your glutes in 2 weeks, people don’t lose 10 kg’s in 2 weeks, right? The best tips I can give you: 1. EAT. I know, you’ve probably heard it a thousand times before, but nutrition is the key to gaining weight/grow your glutes. Don’t expect to grow your glutes while losing weight, because that’s impossible. Eat to grow💪🏼 2. Lift heavy. I see girls do crab walks, banded squats, bodyweight hip thrusts and these are fine, to begin with, but your glutes need more to grow. Stick to the basic compound movements and work on getting stonger at these. Add some isolation exercises, but focus more on the compounds. 3. Consistency. Don’t expect to grow your glutes by training once a week. You don’t have to go 5 times a week, not at all. It’s great to go 3 times, but make sure you kill these 3 sessions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope these tips were helpful. The good news is that my hand healed. Today is the first time I've put any type of weight in my hands since Thursday. Didn't do anything crazy, but got the job done. Used the cables, used the pec deck, lots of isolated movements. Fingers crossed that the pain stays away. I just don't have time for that! 😂🤷‍♀️
