💫 Small class sizes mean individual attention and a home from home feel.. and it’s on our doorstep Bristol folks! 💫This week we will be focusing on gratitude.. At this time of year, as the long winter nights make us more reflective, let’s take a moment to be grateful for our health , well-being, and for those around us. 💫I’ve just recovered from a shoulder injury, and it’s been a real bind this time, lots of osteo, and salt baths.. and self pity 😖 and no swimming.. (eeekk Dart 10k panic ) but finally feeling better!! 💫Anjali Mudra (palms together in ‘prayer’) can bring our thoughts inwards and help reflect on what we have to be thankful for... 💫 in this weeks Yoga Take-Out, 730pm, expect lots of poses to help cultivate thankfulness in our practice, and to take out into our daily life.. 💫My classes are designed to ‘take away’ yoga, to practice at home, the office, the park... not just for once a week in the studio.
