Tonight we focused on chopping the leg, if you've never received a leg kick your lucky. Inside leg kicks don't get enough credit, it's a great way to unbalance your opponent allowing you to land heavy shots. Land a few then fake to allow openings & keep your opponent guessing. Outside leg kicks are discusting you CAN not let your opponent land clean, not only will you be limping for a month it will slow everything down, movement, timing even your power will deminish. It's a mental battle you don't need your leg is hanging off and you can't feel your toes. A leg kick can change the way you fight, set them up dont be predictable. If your opponent throws one check that shit and fire back. I like to make them apart of many drills as they pay real dividends in later rounds, espessially if your fighting a tough opponent! You can't fight without your legs. Everyone remembers their first leg kick!
