Seeing the big trees near Pemberton reminded me of the Otways which is where I call home, I couldn’t help but sneak in a hug as I had missed seeing majestic giants like this one! A big fat rain drop landed on my forehead, hence the funny face~ it felt like this Mumma tree was saying hello ✨🌿✨ #treehugger #ilovebigtrees
Climb up the 153 spiraling rungs to the top will afford you superb views over the tops of the forest⚡️
The Gloucester Tree is a giant Karri tree on the Gloucester National Park of Western Australia.
At 58 metres high, it's the world's second tallest fire-lookout tree 🔥🌲 We decided to give it a try to climb it! there were metal poles sticking out from the tree and with no harness or safety equipment we managed to get to the top! (Only some chicken wire) honestly one of the scariest things I've ever done... if you have a fear of heights, this will 100% cure you
Perks of 90 year old firefighting techniques 🤷🏼♀️
A bloody good climb up and above the canopy of the South West's amazing karri forests🌳🧗♂️
Chilling out with the birds in the canopy of Karri Trees from the Gloucester Tree lookout, 58 metres above the ground ⛅️ 🌳
