This is the 53m karri Gloucester tree that FOMO and a competitive nature resulted in me climbing without a harness or equipment. Not for those who are scared of heights! Gloucester tree is the world's second largest fire lookout tree. I tried to get a picture of me climbing up the tree but the ground was so far down, you can't see it! 🙈. The last two pics are from the top of the tree - what a view! I definitely recommend a trip to South West Australia! #gloucestertree
The amazing view from the top of the Gloucester Tree in Pemberton. An easy climb on a cool summers day to a spectacular view 53m above the ground. It’s a pretty amazing feeling to be standing above the canopy of the third tallest trees in the world!
Love these guys! Our friends Jamie & Pip made a tree change last year & wow what a lush vegetable wonderland they've created! Pemberton is so lucky to have fresh pesticide-free produce available in the townsite. Pop by the stall on your way to the Gloucester Tree & meet the growers @jamie_c_oz
