Nie ma opcji, żeby coś Ci nie wyszło. Chlebki smakują znakomicie, a przede wszystkim mają naprawdę dobry skład: mąką owsianka bg, mąką teff, siemię lniane, płatki owsiane bg, płatki teff, nasiona chia, łuski babki jajowatej i sól himalajska.
Do tego, w zależności od rodzaju znajdziecie w środku pestki dyni, jagody goji lub czarnuszke. 😍

Mmm my new favorite boxed gluten free bread mix vaganized by replacing the egg with a flax egg (1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal, 3 tbsp water) and 6 Tablespoons of the liquid from a can of garbanzo beans to replace the 3 additional egg whites the recipe calls for. I didn’t whip the bean liquid so I don’t think that qualifies as aquafaba 🤔. This is a great bread. It didn’t raise much, if at all during the 30 minute rise period and I was thinking it was a flop but it grew by leaps and bounds in the oven. brand out today; baking a gluten free bread. I decided to make it a sweet bread and added 1 banana, 2T of honey, 2 tsp of ground ginger and a handful of sultanas. Oh and 2 free range eggs. In following the packet instructions I simply wizzed it all together and popped it in the oven. I had to share it with you because due to gluten intolerance it is so hard to find a non expensive, easy and tasty recipe that the whole family can enjoy. If you are also intolerant; give it a go. walnut & pumpkin seed grain and dairy free bread, smashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomato pesto, chilli flakes, pumpkin seeds and micro greens 👌
Micro greens are pretty much young seedlings of vegetables and herbs and contain up to 40x the nutritional punch than the full grown veggies! They are super versatile and can be added to salads, soups and pretty much any meal and you only need a small amount for a big nutritional impact

16 oz package Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix
1 Yeast Packet (included)
1-1/2 cups Warm Water
1 whole Egg
3 Egg Whites
1/4 cup melted Butter or Oil
Place warm water in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the warm water and set aside for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to dissolve. Meanwhile, oil a 9x5- or 8x4-inch loaf pan and set aside.Add egg, egg whites, butter or oil, and bread mix to the yeast mixture. Using an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix on low for 2 minutes. Turn the mixer off and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Continue to mix on medium speed for 6 minutes more. If preparing by hand, mix with a wooden spoon until the ingredients are very well combined.Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan. Lightly brush the top with oil or melted butter, or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a very warm place until the batter reaches the top of the pan, about 45 - 60 minutes. While the bread rises, preheat the oven to 350°F.When the bread has risen to reach the top of the pan, remove the plastic wrap and transfer the pan to the preheated oven. Bake until the crust is a deep golden brown and the interior temperature reaches 210°F, about 90 minutes. If the crust begins to darken too much, lightly cover with foil.Carefully remove the loaf from the pan and place it on a wire rack. Let cool completely before slicing.
Bread Machine Instructions
For use in a 1-1/2 lb bread machine, use a cycle with a 10 minute mix/knead, a 60 minute rise, and a 90 minute bake or until an internal temperature of 210°F has been reached. Only one rise is needed for gluten-free breads.
