Saturday mornings are made for delicious pancakes stacks like this 😍! This past week has been very long, busy and also quite stressful, but I made it and I feel like I deserve this huge plate of deliciousness 🙌🏻. I made my usual banana pancake mixture and added in some @thatprotein
raw cacao protein powder 💪🏻topped it with @thegroovyfoodcompany
agave nectar, added some of my homemade spiced chai granola, added frozen blueberries and a very generous dollop of @pipandnut

GOOD MORNING GORGEOUS 💛☀️ after two amazing full nights of sleep (i usually seriously struggle with this so am feeling like a proud mum of a new born!) i am feeling super fresh and excited for this weekend! i’ve had a whole week off exercise as my body needed it so i’m starting it off with a little run this morning. we then we have lots of little crafty house bits we want to do and are venturing into our loft for the first time since we bought our house! tomorrow we’re off pumpkin picking with our favourite bubbas and then meeting our videographer (eee!! 👰🤵🏼). feel like this is a very grown up kinda weekend! 👵🏼👴🏼

as much as I enjoy going out for brunch, it's always nice when you can quickly make your own at home to enjoy with the family! Minus my 19 year old bro who thinks the day starts at 1pm and finishes at 5am 😂

range 🥞 pancakes and muffins took a few mins to prep. 5 mins to make the pancakes and 20 mins for the muffins. the mug cake took just 1 min and granola is simply adding to a bowl!
i've tried a lot of high protein pancake and muffin mixes and I'm so impressed with these. The textures aren't dry or powdery, they stay full and fluffy and the taste isn't too sweet, but sweet enough 🍫 @soshapeparis #soshape

But breakfast definitely does jump start your day ☀️ and something like these flourless, gluten free blender muffins can do just the trick! Literally takes 10 minutes total...including baking time. See below!
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place 1 cup natural peanut butter, 2 large eggs, 2 verrry ripe bananas, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 2 Tbsp honey in a blender and blend until just mixed. Pour batter into your muffin tin greased with cooking spray or use muffin liners. Now add your toppings on each muffin, I opted for some dark chocolate chunks 😛🍫 Bake about 8 minutes, longer if you’re making regular size muffins.

AUTUMN • APPLE AND CINNAMON •
Feeling an extremely autumnal/winter vibe today (maybe because it feels like -10 in Newcastle and all the shops are fully stocked for Christmas already, not complaining though...:))). Of COURSE I went for my usual baked porridge but thought it was only right to follow up on the winter feels with cinnamon and apple. Also devoured the most amazing lunch (which was even tastier because I didn’t have to make it) made v kindly by my cousin who is a fellow NCL student and understands the sadness of a poor student life (but seriously the food was a.m.a.z.i.n.g.). Happy friday👍🏻

Can’t go wrong really can you! So yummy, and so much more to try. I was a bit disappointed by the GF cake selection in this particular branch, but I know so many others have great options!
