Cinnamon rolls in a muffin form? Um, yes please 🙋🏻♀️ Before finding out about my gluten allergy, I had a massive love for cinnamon rolls 😍 They were my fav treat for breakfast, & dessert, & as a snack, & you get the picture 🤪 Now, I can happily say that with this batch of muffins, I’m still able to enjoy them! 💛 They are sooo good, my mouth is watering just thinking about them! 🤤
Another banana recipe because I can’t get enough. I love how they naturally sweeten anything!⠀
This banana baked oatmeal is packed with GF oats, but butter, banana and I added some dark chocolate chunks because why not eat chocolate for breakfast🤷🏻♀️⠀
Top with extra bananas, real maple syrup or my favorite, extra almond or cashew butter! You can also add protein powder to it to get all your macros in!⠀

Turkey burgers with cheddar and grilled apple slices are worth the line! These were really good, and I’m looking forward to making it at home. Some sweet chili stir-fry, and ALL of the dill pickles!
Fun fact: in the old days, athletic trainers used to give athletes pickle juice to avoid muscle cramping. The salt content helps you retain some fluid/electrolytes, and makes you less likely to cramp. They now make pickle flavored popsicles 🥒

Steak and Ale pie was actually cooked and eaten by my boyfriend!.
The pies are genuinely so close to the real deal that even non coeliacs would really enjoy this. Stuffed with filling, really good flavour and a golden pastry that a ‘regular’ pie would be proud of. Really looking forward to getting these in over winter for warm dinners with mash and gravy (I’m so Northern!)
There’s that much going on on this pizza 🍕🍕🍕 it’s hard to work out what the picture is 😂 but this is a loaded veggie pesto pizza. Picked up some Dough it Yourself pizza bases from the @foodiesfestival
yesterday. So this is roasted peppers, mushroom, aubergine, courgette, cherry tomatoes and red onion with some rocket for good measure.
Greek salad with balsamic dressing, Baked sweet potato fries with home made chipotle mayo dipping sauce & Raspberry lemonade
Sweet Potato fries:
Heat oven to 400, cut a large sweet potato in sticks to desired shape... 1/4-1/2 inch wide and 3 inches long, toss with oil.
In a small bowl mix: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and toss with sweet potatoes. Spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes then flip and cook until other side is crisp, about another 10 min.
Chipotle Mayo: 2 chilies (or use a can of chipotle), 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Meanwhile...you can start the salad!
Directions: In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce, tomatoes, green bell pepper, red onions, cucumber, feta cheese, and Greek kalamata olives.
Salad Dressing: (this recipe is called for a larger amount that you may store in your fridge for more use)
In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup mustard, 1 lemon squeezed, 1 tbsp honey, salt, and pepper. OPTIONAL: (1/2 cup pickle juice) Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss.
Raspberry Lemonade Drink: fill desired cup with water & ice, 1-2 lemons squeezed, and 1/4 cup raspberries squeezed. Stir & Enjoy😊

I have been living a gluten-free lifestyle for 3 years now, and it wasn’t a choice. Lots of people suffer from what is called Celiacs Disease - a serious autoimmune disorder that can happen in genetically predisposed people where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. Unfortunately, the only treatment is avoiding gluten foods and remaining on a gluten-free diet. But you don’t have to have Celiacs disease just to eat gluten free, it is honestly a healthy choice to live by mentally & physically!

When eating gluten free it doesn't need to be fancy and it doesn't need to break the bank! I enjoy the simple dinners more than any! After making mini positive coeliac a sausage roll and waffle dinner I had to have one for myself!!

One of the most common questions or conversations when first diagnosed is based around the cost of eating gluten free. Everyday items can be expensive but look beyond the free from aisle and you can find some easy great value meals!
Why not try making your own sausage rolls with gf puff pastry available in most of the larger supermarkets now? I always thought I couldn't but it can be just as easy! .

Since I’ve had an increase in followers on all my social media lately, I’ve just wanted to take a couple moments to share some things about me and if you have similarities, let me know!
1. I’m a full time hairdresser. It was not what I thought I wanted to do leaving high school, but has given me amazing friends and opportunities.
2. I have Celiac disease, IBS and Fibromyalgia. They are all affected by diet which makes me very aware of what I eat because the reactions sometimes aren’t worth the 5 minutes of how good something tastes!

4. I’m a part time health and fitness coach. Having to be aware of what I eat and gaining 30+ pounds while in an abusive relationship made me want to gain confidence and control over my life and in the process made me want to help others!
5. I love the outdoors! This is my happy place. I’m always up to try new adventures as long as they’re outside! 🏔
Anyone else got a serious problem with 9.30pm snack attacks?! You’ve had your dinner and bed time is round the corner but you’re in the kitchen giving the cupboards a right good rummage. In this heat it’s ice cream.... I didn’t know it was possible but I’ve actually sickened myself with white magnums. I need some healthy alternatives! Anyone got any ideas?
