CHEAT MEALS ✔️ OR 🤚? .
Let me show you my perspective... 1.
I think that cheat meals can be really helpful for reaching a certain goal. Some people just can’t reach their goal if they don’t treat themselves in the meanwhile and that is okay. Once they eat a cheat meal, they get that 🔥 to continue working towards their goals. These people simply love eating outside and probably hate cooking, but I truly understand their need for a cheat meal. A great example for this type of people is my sis. She doesn’t like cooking and loves @mcdonalds
but she still looks amazing and works out.
2. However some people don’t have that need. Instead, they treat themselves everyday with one meal they make and love. That is okay too. Some people enjoy more in making their own food, instead of buying it. They love cooking and creating new treats and for them, eating those foods creates the same 🔥 inside as within the first group of people. I would say that I am this type of person. I have many alergies and for me creating recipe and meals is like magic.
However, that doesn’t mean that I don’t have a desire for a type of food in a restaurant I can’t make. As you can see above I enjoyed in this #glutenfreepizza
from a restaurant. Although, the honest trust, I had such a stomach pain after it and diarrhea because my stomach is not used to some ingredients they used in the pizza. Anyway, I did enjoy every bite of it.
All in all, no matter the type of #cheatmealperson
you are, the most important is to enjoy in the food you eat. If fat food makes you happy, they implement it, if cooking makes you happy then get inside of your kitchen. Listen to your body and have what ever you wish to have 💫
