PEANUT BUTTA SLAMMA PANCAKES! on a Monday... yes, pancakes don’t have to be just a “treat yo self” weekend meal. they can be a super healthy, nutritional + protein packed meal! - I’m all about creating healthy alternatives to make eating healthy food enjoyable and fun. which I’m sure you all know by now, so now I’m going to tell you how to make really insanely good quinoa pancakes 🥞 - recipe: (yields 8 medium sized pancakes) 1 cup @ancientharvest organic quinoa flakes 1 tbsp @madhavasweet coconut sugar 1/2 tbsp @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon pinch of pink salt 1/2 a ripe banana 1 @vitalfarms egg 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract 1 cup + 2 tbsp cashew milk (I used homemade) - add all ingredients into your @vitamix then blend until a smooth batter forms, grease a cast iron skillet with coconut oil cook pancakes for about 3 mins on each side. once pancakes are done too with whatever your heart desires, I did some @woodstockfoods crunchy PB mixed with a little cashew milk to make it smoother for drizzling + some banana + maple syrup 🍌

Eat these bbs for any and all of the above~ . 3 dates 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup cashew butter 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon ~blend in food processor or blender for a couple minutes, take from dough and roll your own bite sized balls, place on a plate and melt your dark chocolate-stick some coconut oil in there to thin it out-drizzle that good stuff on the balls and place in fridge to harden👌🏼 Store these guys in the fridge so they keep their shape and enjoy at all times of the day! Gluten-free Sausage and cream cheese bites. This recipe was inspired by one I saw on Facebook. It’s on my page if you’re interested. The only difference is I used gluten-free loaf bread cut in circles, and I didn’t have Worcestershire sauce so I used a little gluten-free soy sauce. My bad. I didn't mean to keep this Lava Mug Cake recipe a secret for so long, boo. It's nut-free, gooey and chocolatey...and it's ok that the "lava" factor ends up on the outside and underneath the cakey part. The original recipe is the best texture and flavor... but I included subs for those of us that need a little tinkering for allergy/intolerances. For those who don't have a microwave I am sorry...this has never been tested in the oven...but if you were going to attempt it I would bake at 400 F in an oven safe large ramekin for 10 to 20 minutes to start, testing the center before baking any further. Let me know if you give it a try! ❤❤ (((This was written for our superstrength *atomic AF* 1000W nuker, and would need to be adjusted for varying strength microwave ovens.))) INGREDIENTS: *2 Tb unsalted butter (sub palm shortening for #dairyfree ) *1/4 tsp vanilla *1/8 tsp baking soda *1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar *dash hima salt *1 Tb maple syrup *1 Tb coconut sugar (maple sugar for #coconutfree ) *1 egg *scant 1 Tb coconut flour (subbing extra tapioca starch here to make it coconut free tastes fine, but is more dense and a little "gummy"...fyi) *1 Tb tigernut flour (can sub almond flour if you don't need it to be #nutfree ) *2 Tb tapioca starch *1 Tb cocoa powder *1 Tb dairy-free chocolate chunks/chips METHOD: *Melt butter in large microwave-safe mug for 15 seconds. *Whisk in vanilla, soda, ACV, salt, syrup and sugar very well with a fork. *Whisk in egg to emulsify everything. *Whisk in flours and cocoa until lumps are mostly gone and mixture is smooth, shiny and velvety. *Cook on HIGH in center of microwave for 30 seconds. *Turn mug 45 degrees and offset the mug just a bit from the center of the microwave. Cook for 10 seconds and check to see if the top has just barely set. *Overcooking will cook all of the "lava" that forms under and around the edges of the cake....so be sure to undercook first and test to see if it's gooey. *Top with chocolate chunks/chips if desired immediately after top is set so that they can melt slightly. *Om nom. Crack and cook egg after 4 minutes.

So good and nutritious 🙌💪 ▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️ -3 tbsp Olive Oil -1 Onion, chopped -1 cup Carrots, chopped -1 Bell Pepper, chopped -1 Zucchini, sliced -1 Yellow Zucchini, sliced -5 cups Kale -1 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes -7 cups Chicken Broth -4 cloves Garlic -1 tbsp Italian Seasoning -1/2 tsp Dried Oregano -1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper -1/2 tsp Basil -Salt & Pepper to taste —In a large pot, sauté onion in olive oil over medium high heat until softened. —Add in carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, and garlic. Season liberally with salt & pepper. Stir and sauté for 10 minutes. —Add Italian seasoning, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, basil, and cook for another 2 minutes. —Add crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Season with salt & pepper.
