Its #friday !! And the #fridayvibes are in the air~ And i feel like creating! :)) So remember that place in Nes Tziona that me and my boo @shai_mokir went? I found that super healthy and #vegan #hummusflour 😍 rich in protein and #glutenfree :) and made my late breakfast for today, hummus #omelette 😎 It went out yummy. In the past i struggled that flour and the omelet were unbaked.. so i've practiced, and now im back on business ;) this omelette is so good! And also #protein riched! #bonappetit Ingredients: 1/2 cup #hummus flour 1/2 cup water #onion #mushrooms #spinach . How to.. :) Pour the water and the flour together into a plate. Mix till the mixture is smooth and fluid. Meanwhile, fry onion, mushrooms, and last add the spinach (you can add any other veggie or green that you like and also some spices). Then pour the the fried mixture into the flour and water mix it all together and pour back to the pan. I think I found my favorite fall/winter breakfast 😍 . Today I made some buckwheat “porridge”. 🌿MI DESAYUNO🌿 El desayuno para mí es la mejor hora del día. Y si tengo tiempo, me gusta ponerme creativa y probar cosas nuevas. Pero lo que más me gusta, es experimentar y disfrutar de nuevas recetas deliciosas y buenas para mi cuerpo. ☀ Si eliges bien los ingredientes, cualquier desayuno entra perfectamente dentro de tu rutina. Y verás, que disfrutar de un desayuno dulce no es un 'lujo' que sólo puedes permitirte de vez en cuando. 🌱 Desde que empecé a hacerme yo misma la mermelada de frutas con chia, no he vuelto a comprar o a hacerlas con grandes cantidades de azúcar. Elijo siempre las frutas que más maduras están para asegurarme de que están suficientemente dulces. 🍁 Para preparar esta mermelada de chia de melocotón necesitas🍁 🌙 2 melocotones maduros 🌙 1 vaso de agua 🌙 1 cdita. zumo de limón o vinagre de manzana. Ambos hacen la función de corrector de acidez pero ninguno deja un gusto amargo. 🌙 1 cdita. sirope de arce/agave 🌙 1.5 cdita. semillas de chia 🍁 Empieza poniendo todos los ingredientes menor la chia en una olla. Y deja que la fruta se ablande y quede prácticamente puré. 🍁 Cuando esté blanda, triturala. Viertela en un bote/fiambrera... y añade la chia. Still on the #lowfodmapvegan diet so dinner last night was roast potatoes, beetroot, red peppers, carrots & gluten free #vegancheesesauce - added chives which are lovely but a bit of a tummy today so was it them? 🧐
I’m definitely a waffle person, but lately I had rare cravings for a luscious pancake stack 😍. I wanted to indulge myself with something special for breakfast, ‘cause I had some stressful days with lots of medical tests and ultrasounds 🙄. To cut a long story short: Everything is fine. The reason for some pretty annoying palpitations and extrasystoles during the past weeks: my thyroid. For whatever reason my hypothyroidism changed into a hyperthyroidism, so I had to reduce my thyroid medicament. My doctor just declared HE would have had palpitations if he was in my shoes, too 😆. Luckily the decrease of my medication worked super quickly and I‘m still somehow impressed by the big impact of a tiny little thyroid on the body 😳😊. At least I had a good reason to spoil myself with an extraordinary breakfast, right? I don‘t have pancake stacks on regular week days, I‘m the ordinary oatmeal person 😌. These pancakes definitely fulfilled my needs – they were delicious, fluffy and delicate 😋. • • If you want to spoil yourself too, here‘s the easy recipe for vegan and gluten-free pancakes: • 85 g millet flour • 30 g chickpea flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tbsp coconut sugar • 1/2 tsp carob gum • 75 ml almond milk • 1 tsp cider vinegar 👉 Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix almond milk and cider vinegar and add them to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly into a smooth batter. Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and bake six small pancakes. Top with chocolate sauce or maple syrup. @livewellnz Who loves vegetables? There are many reasons why one may switch to an all plantbased diet. Or maybe it's a matter of not eating 100% plantbased but rather consciously wanting to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in one's diet. I would like to share the reasons why I switched to a wholefoods plantbased diet back in 2010. Primarily it was a way to tackle and better manage my Fibromyalgia symptoms and in turn has reinforced my love of animals that I've had since childhood.
