The creamiest teff and oat porridge cooked with organic soy milk and topped with strawb jam and coconut cream 💥 teff is a tiny grain packed with so much nutrition especially those which might be hard to get from plant based sources. It has 8 different amino acids including lysine which helps in our body's growth and development, is high in protein, Vitamin C and B6, iron, calcium, fibre, magnesium, and copper! It's a staple food in Ethiopia and is used to make injera; the delicious fermented sourdough flat bread. Flavour wise it has a delicate nutty flavour and retains a nice bite even though the grains are so teeny tiny! This is probably one of my favourite grains - it's also gluten free! I just bought lots of potatoes from the local organic farmer. Time to play around and eat them differently. This shepherd's pie consists with only autumn vegetables. Parsnips, turnips, carrots sauté with onions, garlic, rosemary, thym. Top with mushed potatoes and brush a thin layer of soya cream to make browning. It's another easy recipe that everyone can make within 20 minutes and bake for another 20 minutes. 1)Cut all the vegetables in cubes. 2)Meanwhile cut potatoes in small pieces and cook in a pot of water until we'll done. 3)Put cut vegetables in the pan and sauté with onion and garlic. 4)Add 2 table spoons of white rice flour and make sure to coat them evenly. 5)Pour few table spoons of vegetable broth to cook in. 6)Add herbs and spice to your liking and 7)salt n purport to taste. 8)Pour into a baking tray. 9)drain and mash the potatoes, add some salt n pepper plus olive oil 10)spread the potatoes on top of the veggies then send in to the oven and bake at 200°c 11)take it out when the tip is brown as shown in the photo. Enjoy!! Уберите шоколад, добавьте , к примеру натертое яблоко, чуть корицы , кусочек банана в серединку.Можно добавить пюре моркови и часть муки заменить на молотый фундук или грецкий орех- получите Морковные капкейки.Можно сварить карамель из растительного молока и грамм 20-30 добавить в тесто - будут Карамельные капкейки и т.д. Так что вариантов множество и каждый раз Поверьте будет совершенно разный вкус!! Главное не бояться и экспериментировать!! И ВСЁ получится.

Since chocolate cakes are usually not chocolaty enough for me, I have now created my own chocolate cake - with chocolate glaze and topped with fruity pomegranate seeds. . Da mir Schokokuchen meist nicht schokoladig genug sind, habe ich jetzt mal einen eigenen Schokokuchen kreiert - mit Schokoladenglasur und fruchtigen Granatapfelkernen als Topping. . Zutaten: 400 g gemahlene Mandeln 50 g Backkakao 1 Pck. Weinsteinpulver 100 ml Reissirup 300 ml Reisdrink, ungesüßt 120 ml Sonnenblumenöl 20 g Kokosöl Für die Glasur: 200 g Zartbitter-Schokolade (Kakaoanteil 70%) 200 ml Kokosmilch Für das Topping: Granatapfelkerne Zubereitung: Backofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen. Eine runde Backform (24 cm Durchmesser) fetten und mit gemahlenen Mandeln ausstreuen. Alle trockenen Zutaten mischen, mit den restlichen Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig verrühren und in die Backform geben. Auf einem Gitter mittig in den Ofen schieben und ca. 25 - 30 Minuten backen. Für die Glasur die Kokosmilch aufkochen, die Schokolade in Stückchen zugeben und unter Rühren die Schokolade schmelzen. AVO SUSHI 🥑🍙❤️ today is my second last day in Brisbane before heading home to Malaysia (then Hong Kong, Cambodia, back to HK then Beijing then HK then Malaysia again and then HK again and then Thailand and then HK and back to Brisbane 😅) for the holidays so I’ve been just buying food and eating out rather than cooking much. I had dinner by the river watching the sunset with a packed meal thanks to a lovely family friend who made me 1kg of golden sweets and a lentil burger salad. I also had it with 2 sushi rolls, 2 inari and 600g of my favourite raw tofu! 😋 I can’t believe how quickly this year went by. I’ve had my ups and downs but overall it’s been such an amazing experience. Brisbane has been so warm and welcoming, and I’m so privileged to study at a uni with such high quality facilities, resources and educators. Summer Tomato & Zucchini Quinoa Pizza by @ simplyquinoa Ingredients 3/4 cup white quinoa, soaked in 3 cups water 1 (10 oz) container Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, divided 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 small zucchini 2 tomatoes 1 cup shredded vegan cheese (or regular cheese) Finely chopped basil & roasted red pepper flakes to garnish . Instructions 1.Soak quinoa in warm water for at least two hours, preferably overnight.  2. When ready to make, preheat the oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Drain and rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh sieve, then add it to a blender along with 1/4 cup hummus, 2 tablespoons water, baking powder and sea salt. Blend on high until smooth and a thick batter forms. 4. Pour the batter onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out into a rectangle with a spatula. You want the crust to be about 1/4 - 1/8" thick. 5. Bake on the center rack for 10 minutes, then remove and flip the crust directly onto the baking sheet and bake another 8 minutes. 6. While the crust is baking, finely slice the zucchini and tomatoes into rounds. 7. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the rest of the hummus out in an even layer (this acts as our "sauce"). Top with the zucchini and tomato slices (I arranged them in rows, but you can do it however you like), followed by the cheese. 8. Bake for another 6 - 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and vegetables are hot. 9. Remove and slice into squares. Sprinkle with fresh basil and crushed red pepper and serve.
