Josh graduated from the Academy 2 years ago and has been an absolute #impactplayer in people’s lives since then. He has taken the hands on training he got in the academy and truly run with it to become the Lead Coach//Master Trainer at @gravityo2_fitness 💪🏼
He may have started out a computer geek but between teaching high energy group classes and working 1-on-1 with clients he is in the process of doing what so few people do....following his passion and turning it into a career!

Meet Larry! He just completed his first G+O Lift program and he was kicking butt and taking names! He’s been a member for close to two years coming up soon!
