Thought I’d better post a photo of Robin Hood’s Bay just in case you were thinking you were following the wrong account 😆
Today is Good Friday which means it’s a Bank Holiday in the UK. For those of you unfamiliar with ‘Bank Holidays’, it means that any place you may need to go with some urgency, for example a Doctors or a Bank, will be shut. Anything that could probably wait a few days, such as a supermarket or a garden centre, will be open and jammed with people. Ditto motorways. There’s also a 99% chance that it will rain which is why 99% of people who dwell in this Sceptred Isle will choose to have a BBQ and they’ll bloody well enjoy it while they’re getting 100% soaked wet through. Have a great Easter weekend, chums!
Work wasn’t too bad today, the sun was out and warm and glorious - I may have even gotten a bit of pinkness to my face today. I don’t want to jinx it but do we all think the warmth is here to stay now? Let’s all say yes together.
