It’s my go to...sad, happy, depressed, after dinner, celebration...have a reason to grab ice cream? I’m totally there! ADDICTED to the ice cream - that is my drug of choice😬 #truth
So to say this is the hardest time of the year - well you would probs say DUH!!??
After Thanksgiving, I completed a 3 day simple cleanse that I kind of just wanted to do - totally wasn’t feeling it but knew if I didn’t, my holi-MONTH could go down the spiral & fast!
So I can say that you can’t really tell that in the 3 days I did this, I didn’t lose much weight. I only lost 3 pounds.
I did gain something...I know gain??

I gained belief that I could get back to eating right, drinking my water, push past the instant gratification & just gave myself the little kick in the butt I needed!!🌟
So I am going to do this again after Christmas before so I can kick the sweet habit that may creep back in this next weekend and be ready to kick off the new year feeling fab 💃🏻
