One of my biggest struggles has always been nutrition. Let’s face it, sugar is addicting as 🤭
I have gone from counting calories, tracking macros, being anorexic and bulimic to finally having freedom and balance with my foods. I know we hear “balance” thrown around a lot, but for me, balance is no longer calling foods good or bad. It means no longer stressing if I have dessert here and there. It means losing that anxiety and guilt for indulging my taste buds in a treat meal.
Balance doesn’t mean the same thing for everyone, but when you find a balance that works for you, hold onto it. Not every person can track calories. Not every person can handle macros - I couldn’t after 5 years. I developed severe anxiety around food and honestly I was miserable. I’m cool with my 80/20 approach because it works for MY lifestyle. Do you boo as long as you are happy and healthy! 😘 #takecontrolofyourhealth
