, dear friends! My love for photography developed (doo doo chaaaa! 🥁) at a very young age - age 6 or 7, I recall. I started collecting and using any and all cameras I could get my eager little hands on - first, old film Concord cameras I came across at Value Village. Then, used Fuji digital cameras, when they became a thing. Finally, I purchase my first DSLR (the Canon 20D) when I was 16, after saving all of my paycheques from a job I took at a small photo studio in SW Calgary where I developed film, took and edited passport photo and rebuilt scans of ancient family photos for people. I haven’t looked back since and my passion for taking photos has been the one constant in my life; really, the heartbeat for (almost) all I do. What is your relationship to photography, whether pro or newbie? I’d love for you to share your own story with me!
