For me honestly I wouldn‘t change anything. And that realization hit me last night. When we’re caught in our everyday stressful lives and we see the glamours lives of others in any form of media it’s not uncommon to wish to be able to live their lives as well. But if I really got the opportunity I wouldn’t want to change anything. 🌞
And if there really are things I wanted to change I wouldn’t need a magic potion for that. We’re given 365 and sometimes even 366 days each year to change what doesn’t make us happy. 🌹

1 xícara (chá) de FARINHA DE TRIGO branca.
½ xícara (chá) de FARINHA DE TRIGO INTEGRAL.
3/4 de xícara (chá) de AÇÚCAR CRISTAL ou DEMERARA.
1 xícara (chá) de SUCO DE LARANJA sem sementes.
¼ de xícara (chá) de ÓLEO VEGETAL.
2 colheres (chá) de RASPAS DE LARANJA.
1 e ½ colher (chá) de FERMENTO QUÍMICO EM PÓ.
MODO DE PREPARO
Pré-aqueça o forno a 230ºC, unte a assadeira e polvilhe farinha sobre ela, reserve.
Em um liquidificador, coloque o óleo, o suco e as raspas de laranja, o açúcar, a farinha de trigo branca e a integral e bata tudo até obter uma mistura uniforme. Se estiver difícil de bater, desligue, mexa com uma colher e volte a bater.
Adicione o fermento em pó e misture com a colher, ou bata rapidamente para o fermento se espalhar pela massa.
Coloque esta mistura na assadeira e asse por cerca de 40 minutos ou até o bolo ficar douradinho.
Se quiser, polvilhe açúcar de confeiteiro e salpique raspas de laranja para decorar. This dish looks so simple, yet it’s packed with flavor and super easy to make. Perfect if your in a pinch to stuff your face, and want something healthy but feeling naughty. Feel me? I had a little devil on my shoulder whispering, “let’s go get take out”. I said, “Not today Satan. I went grocery shopping last night. I’ll talk to you later...”.
Made this rice with coconut milk instead of water, added a clove of garlic a few pieces of fresh ginger and a pinch of salt. Broccoli was stir-fried with garlic, soy sauce, a bit of coconut sugar, chili flakes and water. Used rice starch to thicken sauce a bit. Sprinkled some toasted sesame seeds and topped off with hemp seed hearts for added nutrition. All hail almighty hemp!

I used almond milk, vanilla bean and coconut cream in the mix so it's a nice creamy vanilla flavour and I then topped it with homemade raspberry compte, which is just a simple mix of frozen raspberries with water and 2 tablespoons of sugar cooked on the stove so super easy!
Served with some granola for a nice crunchy texture 😊

TBT 4 year difference 💁🏽♀️.
On the left was me 4 years ago! Highly raw, consumed large amounts of vegan protein and worked out literally hours daily. I repeat.... DAILY. I ran miles and lifted weights every .... single .... day to look this “skinny”. I was happy because I was working hard on sculpting a body I could be proud of and even enter competitions! 💪🏽😄 But an unfortunate accident happened which changed my life.
On the right I’m with my bestie LIVING LIFE. Eating what ever and when ever I want. (always vegan of course) In this recent pic I haven’t even so much as LOOKED at a gym!! Chronic back pain from severe disk herniations and ruptures including a permanently damaged nerve prevented me from exercising outside of a therapy office these last few years.
Luckily, after a much needed L-Spine laminectomy and a lengthy recovery, a lot of pain has been relived ☺️ However as per surgeon orders👨🏾⚕️ I will be forced to either wear a back brace FOREVER, or strengthen my core 😏 And this back brace ugly AF so you already know I’m going with the latter 😎.

⚠️NO I WILL NOT POST MY WEIGHT⚠️.
⚠️NO I WILL NOT EAT ANIMALS AGAIN⚠️.
I will continue to be plus sized and FUCKIN HAPPY. I love my natural size, soft tummy or hard tummy, still my tummy and I love my curves.
So if I gotta get a strong core IMA DO IT AND NO I DONT CARE IF IT SHOWS OR NOT 🔊.
