Feeling all the fall vibes today 🍂 it was sooo cold this morning I couldn’t believe it! We actually had a frost advisory last night 😳 fall is my favorite season but it’s been so hard for me to part with the warm weather. But that means fall flavors which I’m very excited for! I sautéed some sweet potato and apples with cinnamon for a snack today. Cinnamon apples are one of my favorite things in life so I love to have them always, but especially in the fall when apples are in season 🧡
dEATS: heat up a skillet with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Add chopped apple and sweet potato, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Sauté until both are fork tender. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle melted almond butter on top 💕

Some people like to dunk their cookies in their coffee, I like to skip a step by making these yummy grain-free, sugar -free cookies coffee cookies using @luckyjackcoffee
1 1/3 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup coconut butter
5 drops of monk fruit extract
2 tsp @luckyjackcoffee
1/2 cup of cacao nibs
In a medium bowl , mix all the dry ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, mix the coconut butter, monk fruit and coffee extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix until combined. Lastly, fold in the cacao nibs.
Use a cookie scoop to drop cookies on a lined baking sheet . Flatten each cookie with your palm.
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. Let cookies completely cool before removing from the baking sheet. This step is very important:) #eatcute

This is my all time favorite...crust is made with almond flour, arrowroot flour, chia seeds for the egg substitute, almond milk and all the Italian spices.
I used a garlic marinara sauce & topped it with sautéed baby bella mushrooms & garlic, red onions, sliced tomato, sliced cherry tomato, sliced vegan mozz, shredded vegan mozzarella, fresh basil, arugula, fresh avocado & clover sprouts.

This is Zuzu.
Zuzu is a 10# Morkie and she is a keto dog! She has been on grain-free kibble for 3 years, but about a year ago I started making her food. At first I was partially cooking it, but now, she has been on a completely raw diet for about 6 months and is thriving.
The recipe is simple: *muscle meat - ground beef, ground turkey, shredded brisket - it varies;
* liver - I alternate between chicken and beef; *sardines - I get the ones packed in water; *raw eggs including the shells, *and a small amount of veggies - sometimes canned pumpkin, sometimes canned peas or carrots, this time was a couple handfuls of raw power greens.
It all goes into the food processor until chopped and blended. I measure out the approriate serving for her weight into pucks, and then freeze them. All I do is drop one into her bowl each day and she has a balanced ketogenic raw diet, the way she was designed to eat! She still has access to grain-free kibble, because she likes the crunch!
This is so easy, and honestly takes about 20 minutes every 2 weeks to prepare her food this way.

I especially love doing this with my excess garden veggies from the fall and the extra nutritious summer eggs from the pastured chickens while they still have grass and pasture land to forage in! #mealprep
