I have been with a lot of anxiety this last month... 😣
Constantly overthinking about future. Wondering how many escenarios of my life can possibly go wrong. 'What if... what if... what if???'
It is a condition that I sometimes handle better or worse... This past June I only managed to practice yoga once a week... I was making excuses to myself repeating that I was too busy to practice. Then this week I saw a post here in Instagram from a yogini, saying that one hour of yoga a day is just a 4 or 5% of your entirely Day! And I said come on! Find the moment.... .
Today I was feeling worse, My hands were shaking, I was breathing faster, my heart beating like crazy and I was feeling dizzy. So I decided to practice... .
I think it was 1 hour of regeneration! Yoga is magic ✨And I am grateful for that. Today I feel grateful to be a yogi, for this challenge and for all days of my life.

I’m grateful to be a yogi because yoga has helped teach me to not sweat the small stuff - like when you get into a new posture and you try to see where you can take it aaaand you end up landing on your favorite succulent plant 😅 (lol swipe to see the vid - make sure you have your sound on 😂) Life goes on, man 🌱✌️
Thank you SO MUCH to the hosts and sponsors who put this challenge together! Apologies for getting behind on my posts! Much love to you all💛♥️💚
