The first time I read this, I was speechless for a moment! The message is really mighty cause what does it say exactly? Well, we all know that human beeings tend to see the negative things in life. Therefore they aren't really aware that the positive ones might dominate in their daily routine. If there is one thing that isn't perfect, the average person starts worrying about it and feels overwhelmed. What would happen if we realised, that we are healthy for most of the time? Which difference would it make, if we concentrated on our dreams everyday instead of thinking about situations we cannot change? I want to share something with you that helps me feeling great everyday. Before you go to bed, write at least three things down, that changed your day for the better. No matter if it's a smile, a compliment or whatever, just write it down. In this two minutes you condition yourself to see the positive things in life and as soon as it is a habit, you will realise that your brain starts creating positive thoughts. This will make it a lot easier for you to enjoy your life, I promise! ☀️
