How many Souvlakis do you think you can hold?
Let me introduce you to my version of famous greek moussaka. Perfect combo of ground beef and potato slices. It has other variations, with zucchini or eggplant instead of potatoes and It is soooooo simple to make. You will need: .500g ground beef
.5-6 large potatoes
.1 cup of milk
.1/2 cup of water
.2 tbspn vegetable oil
.Salt and pepper for seasoning
. Mince the onion. Preheat the pan tossing some oil in it. Fry the onion. Add the beef. Add some salt and pepper. When done, let it rest on a side.
.peel the potatoes. Chop them in thin slices (like for the potato chips)
.grease the backing pan, all the sides. Make a layer of potato slices to cover the bottom completely. Then toss the layer of meat. Repet as long as you have material. .bake for 10-15 minutes in 200C. .whisk the egg, add the milk, water, oil, salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the oven, pour the mixture all over. Return to the oven for another 25-30 min or until potatoes are golden and crispy on the surface.
You could go greek all the way and prepare some tzatziki salad to go with this moussaka.

Greek flavours last night, baked beetroot with a skorthilia sauce. It's made of stale bread, garlic, olive oil and vinaigre/lemon.
